The purchase of the technology incubator, Kinrot, by the Canadian Stern Group nearly two and a half years ago, rescued the fledgling incubator from a troublesome reality. The appointment of Assaf Barnea, one of the founders of WATECH, the Entrepreneurship & Partnership Center for Water Technologies at Mekorot, as CEO of the incubator raised many hopes in the hearts of the owners.
